Registration Form

To Register for camp, simply download the Registration Form and submit it along with the $50 deposit. The mailing address is included on the Registration Form. If you have trouble downloading the forms, please contact the camp office (contact information at the bottom of this page.)

Parent Information

This includes important information you will need after you register for camp, such as Parental Consent Forms, Schedule, What to Bring, etc. Please note that some forms are different for Basic Wildlife Camp and for Advanced Wildlife Camp, primarily because campers for Advanced Camp have already received the Hunter Safety Certification.
